About the Item
c. 1960s; Denoyer-Geppert Co. - Chicago, IL
Vintage metal chart rack with four original four-color Denoyer-Geppert anatomy posters.
Each is in remarkable shape for being 65 years old. The font on the "Denoyer-Geppert Times Mirror" and the presence of a zip code places these posters after 1963.
Denoyer-Geppert Co. produced educational materials, particularly detailed anatomical charts, and models, which were widely used in classrooms and medical training environments. The company was founded in Chicago in 1916 by Paul Denoyer and his wife, both educators understanding the need for high-quality, accurate educational tools.
