1960s Stilux-Milano Attributable Italian Bi-Colored Perspex Acrylic Pendant Lamp
About the Item
Beautiful and rare large Space Age pendant lamp adjustable in height, in Perspex, white lacquered aluminum and chrome accents. Italy, 1960s-1970s.
This is a model with a well-known design and, although lacking a trademark, it is referable to the production of Stilux Milano.
The lamp consists of a double shade: the outer transparent one is made of ochre-brown smoked Perspex, while the inner diffuser screen is made of white acrylic. White lacquered aluminum and chromed metal for the structure. When lit, it produces a nice warm light!

This chandelier has been completely disassembled for thorough cleaning using only professional products.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. The lacquered metal shows small marks and the Perspex some superficial scratches at the top, consistent with use and age, however not visible when the lamp is hung. It mounts a E27 (compatible US E26) lampholder; the "up-down" cord has been replaced.
