About the Item
This beautiful pendant was made in France in the early 20th century, circa 1920. It was cast in bronze and is equipped with three E27 light fixtures. The lamp is designed to resemble a stylized fishing net that is decorated with various shells and crabs. The three fittings are beautifully integrated into a central ball at the top of the pendant. The whole piece was patinated with natural brown color. The ceiling light is suspended on a heavy cast bronze chain with beautiful decoration with the original ribbed ceiling mount attached. The electricity was carefully checked and is fully working. It is suited for US electricity. The shade has a diameter of 24.8 inches and a height of 9.9 inches. The chain has a length of 31.1 inches. Shade and chain combined make a total height of 41 inches. The sea theme of the piece combined with the natural color finish makes this a truly special pendant, especially when the lights are on, an intricate pattern of light and shadow appears.
