Very stylish 1920s hall or bedroom pendant, made by and marked Ezan. Because of its straight lined design and its sleek chrome surface this two-light pendant will look great in almost every Art Deco interior. The perfect condition glass shade with its melting ice pattern around the edges makes it just that bit more decorative and artistic and both with the light switched on and off this 100 year old light will never fail to impress. Apart from one minor dent in the upper chrome ring (image 18) this French made Art Deco fixture could not be in better condition. Thanks to the metal hook on top of the down rod mounting this fixture is child's play and with the canopy being height adjustable you can always slide it tight to your ceiling, making it look perfect. Because of the messy room in which most of the photos of this pendant were taken it does not look half as serene and stylish as it is in real life. You will have to (and you can) take our word for it. The atmospheric light it radiates, in our view, makes this the ideal fixture for an entrance, a landing or a bedroom. A very special opalescent, molded art glass chandelier with all glass stem and canopy signed Ezan, circa 1935. The armature is completely encased so that undulating glass forms with dotted block patterns convey an organic impression. A minimum of exposed mounting clips in silver plate bronze creates an even further, all glass illusion. The opalescent nature of the glass gives the hint of slight color.
