Kai Finnmark / Kai Ruokonen Chandelier in Brass by LYNX
Kai Ruokonen is a Finnish designer who also worked under the artist name ‘Kai Finnmark’. This Chandelier is a big size pendant lamp with suspended by chains, designed by Kai Ruokonen and manufactured by LYNX.
The pendant lamp has a chain suspension that is adjustable in height. The shade itself is created from two layers in brass. Inside the brass layers, there is an white milk glass diffuser. This creates an interesting division and contrast with the brass. Due to the different layers, the light is able to radiate through, which creates a beautiful atmospheric effect. Because of the brass and the milk glass the light shines in an elegant, warm hue. This wonderful, atmospheric light fits perfectly with the nicely patinated brass. This lamp is adjustable in height.
