Custom Petromax Industrial Steam-Punk Pendant Light Chandelier
About the Item
Vintage Petromax oil lantern, converted to modern, US electric ( with unique redesign.)
Well weathered original body was cleaned and reconfigured to take UL certified electric parts.
Design is 'Frankensteined" from other, not original elements. making it a one of a kind modification and quite a unique statement piece for any restaurant, industrial loft or ?
Three standard base, new UL, brass sockets are on adjustable angle knuckles that lock in place with a key.
They can take 60 watts each, shown with discontinued "hex" 40 watt bulbs that will come with fixture at sale, but can not be replaced once they expire.
Fixture finish is original and weathered, but that is part of its visual story and interest.
Would look fantastic in modern loft or industrial style kitchen.
