About the Item
Danish ceiling light designed by Bent Karlby for Lyfa, Denmark and manufactured in the late 1950s. The light consists of white lacquered shade with vertical perforations to the edge and opaline glass shade. Very nice vintage condition, only with one remark. The aluminum shade has been repainted at some point. Nicely executed however. This design is sometimes falsely attributed Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen.
