About the Item

*CUSTOM ORDER, PLEASE REVIEW CONTRACT, EXHIBIT DRAWINGS, STATEMENT, AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE. CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE WORK BEGINS. ART HANDLER WILL SEND ADDITIONAL INVOICE TO CUSTOMER FOR SHIPPING. Project Title: Five (5) head custom hanging pendant fixture and one (1) plaster finished metal ceiling canopy with one (1) opening. Provided with 6’-0” electrical cord (to be cut-to-length onsite in off-white, white, or clear cord wire (TBD). Brushed nickel finished hanging chain @ 6’-6”. *Approx. 2’-6”H fixture and TBD length hanging cord and chain, installed dimensions to be determined on-site. Custom order, item will ship 8-10 weeks after ordering/payment in full (see terms below). Please allow additional 2-4 weeks for shipping and delivery. *Pickup and delivery to be scheduled for January 2025. Description: One-of-a-kind and handmade, white light fixture, ceiling-hung. Ceramic, medium-sized sockets. White plaster ceiling plate with hardwiring kit and cords (color and finish to be selected from supplier samples). Light bulbs included: G25 globe and oversized round bulb types, soft white, LED 40W equivalent, dimming. Custom cord lengths. Handcrafted in a white plaster lightly waxed finish. Final forms are one-of-a kind with variations in texture based on fabrication. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 8-12 week fabrication timeline. Shipment on or before twelve (12) calendar weeks from contract execution and invoice payment. *Pickup and delivery to be scheduled for January 2025. By purchasing item(s), customer is accepting the following terms: -Full payment due before work begins. Tax calculated and collected by location. -Item design is to be as represented on drawings and documents provided herein. Return Policy Items may be returned or exchanged in perfect condition up to 7 days after the initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Contact to initiate the returns process within 3 days. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. • Buyer shall pay return shipping fees. Please retain and ship back using the original box and shipping material. *Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged during shipment. *If damage occurs during shipment, reach out directly--Studio Chora will ask for photos of the damaged item (showing SKU tag) as well as photos of the box it was shipped in. The item must be returned in its original box with original packing materials inside. In-stock items are eligible for a replacement, out-of-stock items will receive a full refund.
