Large, six-armed Scandinavian Modern pendant lamp, Model “T549/6”, designed by Hans Agne Jakobsson and produced by AB Markaryd in the 1960s. Frame in brass and the shade in the original off-white fabric.
In good condition, small signs of age and wear. Shade with few discolorations, signs of age.
Suitable for six E-27 light bulbs. Height is adjustable, Between ca 70 to 140 cm.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
