Huge English Country House Brass and Crystal Pendant Light Exceptional quality cast brass fittings with "F&S" Faraday & Son makers mark stamped the neck of the light. Made in London, England circa 1920. The light is made up of the highest quality brass casting each element combined to create a wonderful flowing shape. The cast brass ring holds in a wonderful cut glass and satin bowl which emits a beautiful diffused light while the crystal cut bottom plate adds the touch of luxury. The cast brass has been cleaned back slightly to reveal hints of gold tone whilst keeping areas of natural patina and coated with natural beeswax. A large and imposing light fitting that oozes quality and most certainly a perfect piece to take centre stage in any room especially a grand entrance hall. The light comes completely professionally restored wired with our premium twist black fabric cable, aged brass hanging chain and ceiling plate ready to hang. As standard our lights come with 1m of our premium fabric three core cable to a colour of your choice unless stated otherwise in the product description. Generally, ES or BS lamp holders are used unless otherwise stated and are fully compatible with main dimmers and modern LED filament bulbs. Our lights can be wired to bespoke specifications, longer lengths, different cable types and compatibility with specialist dimming systems such as DALI can all be accommodated. Lights supplied to U.S.A and Canada are installed using UL Certified cable and lamp holders. As standard we supply round black fabric cable and E26 holders. Please note that although we use UL certified components our original reclaimed lights do not come with UL certification. Due to the antique nature of our original vintage lights, we cannot offer an official IP rating and cannot guarantee our lights for external use.
