Gorgeous Mid-20th Century Mid Century Modern gold spun fiberglass string swag or pendant hanging light fixture or lamp. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, there are a couple places in the fiberglass that aren’t exactly perfect and there is some yellowing to the inside shade. Please see photos, zoom in for details, and see long description as they are part of the condition report. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid 20th Century. They say “All that glitters is gold… well, this spectacular swag pendant light may not exactly glitter BUT, it IS… GOLD SPUN FIBERGLASS!! Even BETTER in our book!!! Talk about… SWAG-O-LICIOUS!!! The ovoid outer shade is comprised of a lovely golden spun fiberglass weave surrounding a cylindrical white plastic cylindrical inner shade which extends a bit at the top and bottom where a wonderful teardrop wood pull switch hangs in wait of a tug!! Three brass arms extend from the socket and impale into the three purposed holes in the cylinder which hold the top rim of the shade. It. Is. FABULOUS!!!
