About the Item
A chandelier made in solid ashwood using wood bending techniques. A single light is placed in a wooden cocoon which releases light with linear gaps creating a distinct lighting ambiance. This is further layered with bentwood designs surrounding the light. The natural curves of the design make it best suited for a minimal space to highlight the chandelier as a centerpiece.
Our Vrksa pieces are based on bending solid wood to create the pieces - this has allowed us to design in a totally unique aesthetic in which the natural flow of the wood takes the reins of design. No two pieces are exactly the same because of the technique used; making each piece unique.
