Swedish shaped art deco carved alabaster ceiling light
About the Item
Swedish shaped art deco carved alabaster ceiling light circa 1920.
Fine quality domed shaped art deco period pendant light. Turned and hand carved from a single piece of alabaster. Base showcase's the natural figuring of the stone which contrasts with the deep heavily carved border depicting florals and ribbon.
Dish is supported by 3 ropes which contain the cable to power the 3 bulb holders, linking up to a rope net ceiling rose.
Warm natural glow.
