Thanks to its good side, its stunning alabaster shade and its ideal brass canopy this alabaster pendant light from the European Art Deco era is one of the most beautiful models we have seen and sold. Many of our interior designer clients already know, but an antique light fixture like this will truly light up both your days and evenings. The evenly divided and particularly sharp black veins in this shade contrast even more when the light is switched on, because the already beautiful white alabaster then turns into a full moon-like white, creating a look and feel that only mother nature can 'produce'. On top of that this particularly stunning shade is polished to perfection and it also comes with a number of clearly more translucent veins and patches and they truly are a wonderful sight to see. Thanks to its great design combined with the antique and striking canopy, this work of lighting art will look great in all kinds of rooms and in many types of interiors. This work of beauty was hand-carved from one solid rock of alabaster and apart from a reinforced hairline on the inside of the shade (one that you will never notice on the outside) this antique light fixture could not be in better condition. It is as solid and strong as it was when it was hand carved over 100 years ago and it even rings like a bell when you strike it. That is how structurally sound it is. The three original brass suspension decorations and the perfectly matching and good size antique brass canopy and brass colored chains are like the icing on the cake of this one of a kind chandelier. This pendant is professionally rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and thanks to the chains we (or you) can also adjust the height to one that is perfect for you. Thanks to the hook inside the stylish brass canopy safely mounting this pendant too is child's play. Especially when taking into account that perfect packing and worldwide shipping from our store to your door in just 4 to 6 workdays are also included in our fair price, this pendant can only be described as great value for money.
