About the Item
'Metropolis' bronze sculptural floor lamp is hand crafted by Studio Rinat Design and molded and cast in bronze in the lost wax process. The floor lamp consists multiple figures of abstract human forms. Each figure is individually molded, cast in bronze, welded and connected to one another in a vertical form . The entire structure consisting of the multiple figures is carefully connected by welding it to a bronze rod following the artist's layout and composition. The lamp's welding process and final assembly requires the artist's presence in the bronze foundry, thus to ensure that each sculpture goes to the right place and is correctly welded.
Metropolis sculptural floor lamp is fixed to a bronze base box and the entire piece is finished in verdigris patina.
The floor lamp can be wired for the USA for a small extra fee.
Lampshade excluded.
