French 19th Century Neo-Classical St. Patinated Bronze and Ormolu Floor Lamp
About the Item
An exceptional French 19th century Neo-Classical st. patinated bronze and ormolu floor lamp. The lamp is raised by three most decorative curved legs with handsome paw feet on circular mottled ormolu supports. Above an elegant plate with fine foliate designs is the circular fluted central support with a striking ormolu reserve of a richly chased and wonderfully detailed bearded mask with a pan flute, cymbals, bells and seemingly hanging from a foliate hook.
