Rupert Nikoll Mid-Century Modern Vintage Brass Floor Lamp Josef Frank Shade

About the Item

Rupert Nikoll designed and executed this beautiful example of Viennese floor lamps from the Mid-Century Modern era in the 1950s. The floor lamp was made of brass tube and a wooden handle. The trilegged base of this lamp provides lightness and elegance furthermore the renewed lampshade which is covered with great colorful original textile fabric by Josef Frank provides happiness. With these colors and these design features it is easy to fit the floor lamp with your interior. Also the floor lamp has an E 27 socket and the switch is integrated at the socket. Additionally the lamp is rewired and shows a red textile fabric cable. The vintage condition is very good with minor signs of age. Approximate measures: Width: 60.5 cm Depth: 78 cm Height: 148 cm.

    Rewired: The brass tube is polished and the renewed lamp shade in its original shape is covered with high quality Josef Frank design fabric by Svenskt Tenn. Also the electric is rewired with a red cable and shows one E 27 socket. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use.
