Svend Aage Holm Sørensen (1913-2004), Very nice and subtle grasshopper shaped floor lamp designed by Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen, manufactured by Holm Sørensen & Co, Denmark 1950. This is for a black lacquered version, nice adjustable shade with brass joint and the small feet are also in brass. Lamp is in very good vintage condition and it's fully functioning. Nice to use as a reading lamp.

    Large Palshus table lamp made in chamotte clay stoneware with checkered pattern on the low part of the body in shades of brown. The lamp is signed by incising in the bottom and has model # DL26/1 and is in very good condition with no chips, marks or repairs. Per Linnemann (1912-1999) was the son of Danish sculptor Willie Wulff. Later he took the name of his stepfather Schmidt. Per entered the Royal Academy of Arts in Copenhagen in 1931 and worked as a sculptor, when he was between 30 and 40 years old, specializing in portraits. In 1949 he opened Palhus Stenøj (sandstone) with his wife Annelise Linnemann-Schmidt (born Sprechler). They settled in a house to work and live there. This was located in Sengeløse outside of Copenhagen. Per created and his wife ran their business. The items were sold in the Den Permanente department store in Copenhagen.
