About the Item
An iconic double arm mid century industrial work lamp by Jielde.
This industrial lamp is mounted onto a vintage V8 cylinder head.
Each arm has 3 sections of 40cm per section.
Each shade with its own on/off switch.
This is not just a lamp it is a work of art and incredibly sculptural.
The flathead is a perfect base for this lamp anchoring it to the floor.
This lamp is rewired and grounded.
Can be fitted with a EU UK or USA plug.
A cordless, functional lamp, ideally suited for any purpose and fully articulated,
Thanks to this unique design.
With a base that can rotate 360 degrees and a reflector that can also rotate 360 degrees it turns and swivels to suit the user's needs.
The lamp will be shipped off the base in two separate boxes.
Very easy to assemble again and help will be provided if necessary.
It was in April 1950, in Lyon, that the famous mechanical engineer Jean-Louis Domecq designed and put into production this iconic lamp.
