Impressive Mid-Century Modern, "like frozen ice on a window" ceiling lamp.
This rare size light fixture has a beautiful look and feel and you will hardly ever find a light fixture from the Mid-Century Modern era with a larger and more stylish glass shade. If you want to get a better idea if its extra-large size then get a tape measure out, draw a large circle and imagine this extra-large flush mount close to your ceiling. In our images this short-in-height flush mount is hanging from a rope, but in real life it is only 4.5 inches in height. The unusually large and clean glass shade is in perfect condition and it is being held up by a brass stem with the original brass 'rosette' and finial. This stylish fixture has a very calm look and feel and the unique pattern in the shade is very much like the natural icing on your window on a damp and cold winter morning.
