It's rare when you have the chance to purchase objects from an important lifetime collection. We've just started to list some of the rare early decorative train car lamps from this collection. Few of these luxury class Victorian RR lamps still exist. Any remaining examples have found their way into museums and RR car restorations. This is a beautiful original bronze ceiling lamp with its original patina and milk glass. It was carefully wired to take a standard light bulb. This is a nice piece of railroad history.
