Unique Monumental Stand Lantern in Louis XV, Beech Wood
About the Item
High-quality carved beech wood, painted and gilded with poliment. Multiple articulated column shaft, finely carved down to the last detail, on a four-sided recessed and stepped base plate. The lower part of the column shaft is flanked by four curved and carved volutes. The glazed candelabra headboard decorated with garlands is placed above the heavily carved capital. Four curved volutes above the headboard, adorned with a finely worked crown.
