About the Item
Classic Jean Prouvé French potence swing lamp from the 1950s. Turquoise painted iron and a swing mechanism that allows for effortless 180º movement. The design and dimensions of the backplate and other elements are identical to those produced by the Ateliers Prouvé but we cannot provide any provenance to trace its lineage. Nice original condition with some wear to the original paint. We currently have six of these available with slightly varying lengths – most likely they were custom manufactured for a specific site. Can be configured with original B22 sockets or E27 sockets as depicted.
