A fine and impressive pair of French 19th-20th century Louis XVI style gilt bronze two-light wall sconces, each lumière with a circular foliate backplate suspended by a ribbon tied ornament issuing two-arm form cornucopias holding frosted glass flame shades ending with tassel pendants below, Paris, circa 1900. Measure: Height 44 inches (111.8 cm) Width 23 1/2 inches (59.7 cm) Projection 11 1/2 inches (29.2 cm).
