Pair Antique Classical Two-Arm Sconces with Faces of Bacchus

About the Item

This pair of 2-arm antique bronze sconces has deep castings of fine quality Their classic design is suitable for many rooms in a home. The arms have beautiful castings of leaves and the center of the sconces have faces of Bacchus of Dyonysus. The sconces would be special in a butler's pantry or a wine room as well as a dining room. We would use them where wine might be served. The quality of very good antique or vintage. There are a few remnants of gilt in some places of the sconces.

Rewired: These quality antique cast sconces were wired in the US. Backplates were added so that they would be ready for installation. They have candelabra sockets that are two inches tall. Wear consistent with age and use.
