Pair of French 19th Century Louis XV St. Belle Époque Period Sconces
About the Item
A beautiful and very high-quality pair of French 19th century Louis XV st. Belle Époque period ormolu and rock crystal sconces. Each three-arm sconce is centered by a charming and most decorative pierced scrolled foliate design leading up the body with striking richly chased acanthus leaf designs. The arms display lovely lightly curved designs with additional acanthus leaves adorned with stunning cut rock crystal pedants leading to richly chased floral candle cups in superb satin and burnished finishes. All original gilt throughout.
