Pair of Murano Glass Placche Wall Sconces
About the Item
This sconce is from the Charles Burnand collection. Three layers of Murano glass give a unique appearance both when illuminated and turned off. The inner piece is opaque white, which diffuses the light from the bulbs behind. The grey piece is the largest an covers the width of the piece, hooking over the opaque diffuser. The final piece is backed with gold leaf giving an iridescence during the day. The sides of the sconce are enclosed with frosted glass.
Wired for EU, this piece takes 3 E14 bulbs. We have a US version available that takes E12 bulbs.
