Pair of Stilnovo etched glass wall lights, Italy, 1950s
About the Item
A pair glass globed wall nickel plated wall lamps by Stilnovo, in the manner of Luigi Caccia Dominioni and Sergio Mazza. They attach to the wall by a nickel mount, which holds cleverly placed screw allowing for the height of the lights to be adjusted. Then topped with a moulded frosted-glass globe shade with intricate etching to diffuse the light.

- Condition:Rewired: Recently rewired and PAT tested to UK standards. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. These are well made quality construction. The surface of the metal bracket has a lovely, speckled patina coating it and the glass globes remain in good vintage condition.
