Pluto is a poetic fusion of stone and glass, where the earthly weight of natural stone meets the soft modernity of hand-blown glass. Its striking edges and soft curves are nestled together in its glowing light. The piece is understated and modern in its warm, glowing, ethereal light. The "U" shaped natural stone base and the frosted glass from the hand-blown cylindrical shade brings a beautiful play of light and texture to residential and commercial walls. The limestone is cut and sourced in Portugal, while the glass is hand-blown locally in New York by true, traditional artisans keeping a beautiful craft alive in the digital age.
