Wall light model 82200P, design Paavo Tynell, manufactured Idman in the 1960s. Brass and metal. Good vintage condition, minor patina and wear consistent with age and use.
This elegant wall light is a classic example of Finnish design from the 1960s. Designed by Paavo Tynell, one of the most celebrated Finnish lighting designers, the 82200P is a beautifully crafted piece that is both functional and decorative.
The light is made of solid brass and features a simple, yet elegant, design. The round head of the light is held in place by a brass ball joint, which allows it to be rotated in any direction. This makes the light versatile and easy to adjust to any lighting need.
