One of a kind piece produced just for fun :)
Steven Bukowski designs functional and expressive furniture in New York City. His designs are guided by traditional practices with a playful approach. Bukowski’s rich understanding of form, color, materials, and manufacturing processes lends itself to a collection that is thoughtfully designed for a lifetime of use.
Steven founded his Brooklyn-based design practice in 2016. In that same year he designed the bar seating for the renowned Flora Bar, located within the Met Breuer building. In 2017 he participated in the annual Sight Unseen OFFSITE exhibition and was named a recipient of the American Design Hot List Award. His work has been published in Domino Magazine, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper, and W Magazine to name a few.
