Adjustable Vintage Table Lamp by Philips, 1950s
About the Item
Stylish midcentury table lamp from Dutch Philips. Originally it was designed as a health - infrared heater. It still has all the features: timer, emergency switch etc but it has been converted to a regular table lamp with a 75 watt lightbulb. There are some speculation whether or not this design is by Louis Kalff due to the characteristic petrol blue color. However i have not seen any catalogued attribution.
