Art Deco Graphite Ceramic Lamp by Michael Andersen, 1950s
About the Item
Stunning Art Deco style Danish Mid-Century Modern handmade ceramic table lamp from the 1950s. Warm graphite, almost black colored glaze in a checked pattern with thin beige stripes of the ceramic material. As seen in the photos the stripes look golden, adding to the warmth of the glaze and the art deco feel of the lamp. Manufactured on the Danish island of Bornholm by Michael Andersen & Son. Stamped under base. Model 5762-1. Rewired with original fitting. In beautiful condition.
