Art Nouveau Austrian Bronze Table Lamp with Loetz Styled Art Glass Shade
About the Item
This antique table lamp is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from Austria and date to approximately 1900 and done in the period Art Nouveau style. The lamp base is composed of cast and patinated bronze with a stylized triangular shaped base with floral accented decoration and inset green glass cabochons. The handcrafted art glass shade is done with a cased turquoise with various shades of green and amber swirled over it with a deep blue swirled threading layered on top. The lamp has two chain pull sockets and an click on/off switch on the cord.
