About the Item
A ceramic table lamp handmade by Kähler for Le Klint in the 1960s. It is attributed to and most likely designed by Esben Klint (1915-1969). The lamp is made of unglazed ceramic wrapped with cane giving it stylish and warm look.
The shade is a new hand-folded shade by Le Klint. The condition of the lamp base is close to perfect with only very small knicks in the cane and a few marks on the white shade-holder. It comes with a new brown twisted fabric cord and switch on the socket.
It is a quit rare piece with both vintage Le Klint lamps and Kähler ceramics pieces being increasingly sought after by collectors and art enthusiasts around the world.
