About the Item

Extremely rare early 19th Century Gothic Gilt Bronze Table Lamp in the manner of English architect, designer and artist Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin. England, circa 1840. Exceptionally well cast and chiselled bronze. Perfect addition to classical or contemporary interior. Why We Like It This tall Regency Gothic ormolu (gilt bronze) table lamp reflects the ornate medieval-inspired design associated with Gothic Revival period. Its pointed arches, cluster columns, and intricate details are emblematic of this style, which emerged in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
