About the Item

Sweet! Mid Century Modern Fiberglass Tripod Table / Accent Lamp! Rare design! This is a marvelous mid century lamp that features a Danish Modern styled design with fiberglass body and a clip on fiberglass shade on a sculptured, hand-carved wood tripod base!. The look is fabulous and this lamp is an iconic example of the early mid century period aesthetic! Line cord turns lamp on or off. Lamp is in very good vintage condition with age appropriate wear to the fiberglass, stitching and wood. Shade clip has been twisted an adjusted to fit an appliance size bulb. It presents extremely well and is a showpiece for a mid century themed interior! Acquire this treasure now, before it's gone. This design is extremely rare and nice examples only surface once or twice in a decade! Iconic lighting for your NY penthouse, Palm Springs atomic ranch or West Palm Beach estate!
