About the Item
Maison Charles very large tall cast brass table lamp with original height adjustable brass metal shade. Opulent, ornate and decadent - everything you would expect from beautifully crafted French design. Wonderful mix of both polished and brushed brass Perfect for any Hollywood Regency home or lover of midcentury design and a real collectors piece.
Nicely patinated, the piece is in overall in good vintage condition and it is a hard to find lamp from the Maison Charles range. Noticeable wear to the metal lampshade - particularly on the inside and on one side of the shade (see photos). Metal shade is slightly out of round. The lamp is also not stamped 'Maison Charles'.
