A sensational pair of French 19th century Charles X Period Ormolu and Crystal lamps. Each stunning candlestick mounted into a lamp is raised by a square Ormolu base with a cut angled and Rais de Coeur trim. Above is the square Crystal pedestal with a handsome and intricate square cut design. Above are the charming classically dressed open winged angels standing proudly with cornucopias filled with fruits in one hand, while holding the candle cup in the other. Each cherub is finished with a fluted and foliate decorated candle cup above their heads. Wonderful detail and proportions throughout.
