Pair of French Art Deco/Modernist Chrome & Copper Table Lamps with Glass Shades
About the Item
Rare pair of cylindrical design table lamps with glass shades by P. Gilles.
These stylish Art Deco table lamps are built up on geometrical bases with four copper feet. The chromed base comes with small mirror panels on all sides and rising from these bases are cylindrical colums of copper and chromed copper. The cherry on the pie of these beautifully patinated table lamps are the glass shades which are marked 'Gilles' (Paul Gilles). These pure Art Deco table lamps will look marvelous on your nightstands or sidetable, looking beautiful both with the light turned on and off. Apart from some age fading of the patination, this truly marvelous pair is in good condition and you could hardly wish for a more stylish pair. If you already have a place in mind for them then this rare pair could be flying your way soon. They will be rewired for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and when purchased by an American client, we will even attach American power plugs so that they can be used and enjoyed upon arrival.
