About the Item
Wonderful pair of French pagoda table lamps in red lacquer and brass. France, 1970s.
These large and impressive table lamps make a great pair. One larger and one a little bit smaller, they can be placed next to each other to make a dynamic duo. They resemble works by Jean Claude Mahey. They are not signed, but could well be his creation since they tick all 'his' boxes. Nevertheless, these make a fantastic pair and we are sure they will be the center of attention on your sideboard or sofa table. The light they provide is very warm and atmospheric.
Red lacquered steel and brass feet, completed by two wonderful pagoda shades. Great vintage condition. Marked 'Made in France' on one of the stems.
