Table Lamp Model 6561 by Christian Dell for Kaiser&Co., Germany - 1936

About the Item

H 58 cm W 30 cm D 16 cm Material: Nickel-plated brass, black satin-finish sheet steel. 1 E 27 socket, pressure switch in the base, black textile-coated connection cable. Condition: Good original condition Special features: with few signs of use. The beautifully shaped Kaiser lamp has been rewired by our electrician with a textile-sheathed 3-core cable with protective conductor. The shade shows both inside and outside with intact age patina and original paintwork with slight signs of use. about this object: From the extensive lighting program of the Kaiser company designed by Christian Dell, we show the model 6561 with adjustable gooseneck mounting and plate base. The paintwork on the base and shade shows slight signs of wear and is still in its original condition. The IDELL embossing at the top of the shade dome, which contains the socket, is a sign of authenticity. With the new black textile cable with strain relief on the base, the classic desk lamp will work again for many years. Modern LED bulbs with an E 27 socket can also be used here.
