About the Item
This late Art Deco table lamp was designed and manufactured in Sweden in the 1940s by ASEA (Allmänna Svenska Elektriska Aktiebolaget).
The light features a conical white fabric shade atop a tall, slender column with vertical wooden (teak) fluting, resting on a round brass base with a small white switch. Its clean lines and warm material contrast give it a refined mid-century aesthetic, characteristic of 1940s Scandinavian design
Total height without lampshade 16.1" (41 cm), diameter base 6.7" (17 cm), height with shade 20.5" (52 cm), diameter lampshade 12.6" (32 cm), height lampshade 6.7" (17 cm).
The light has been rewired with new fabric cord and requires one E26/E27 bulb up to 60 Watt. All lighting wired for use in US.
