A Very Fine Pair of Empire Parcel Gilt Bronze Three Light Candelabra / Lamps

About the Item

A very handsome pair of Empire Period parcel gilt bronze 3 light candelabra of exceptional quality & fine proportions, having been converted to table lamps decades ago. Both showing reeded columns decorated with finely chiselled & richly gilded classical elements, rising from hipped supports atop conforming bases to neoclassical inspired capitals with chiselled & gilded nozzles. Both fitted with custom made parchment shades with bronze painted banding and retaining their original flambeau shaped finials. Overall height to top of finial is 37”.
