Walnut Custom Handmade Large Format Shattered Mirror
About the Item
Constructed from solid American walnut the mirror is a portal to another universe. Standing at 6’+ tall it doubles space and stands at your favorite wall for the creation of the days outfit and beyond. We were interested in the fracture with this broken mirror. Hand cut voronois were scripted and mapped with 3d software to capture the physics of how glass breaks.

Figure Ground is a fabrication laboratory that produces unique designs, constructed to age gracefully as classics. We believe that rare and poetic furniture should inspire space.
