About the Item
Late 19th century Gothic Revival ash & painted dressing table vanity mirror. English. Circa 1880.
The mirror is supported by angled uprights with central turned column, and has painted detail around the frame. The mirror holds well in situ and can be angled. The original glass plate is present, showing some minimal signs of use.
The ash wood has been re-finished by hand, but still retains some light authentic marks to highlight its genuine heritage.
Very sturdy with no damage. The mirror can be removed from the frame if need.
