19th century gold gilt gesso crested square mirror We are proud to offer a wonderfully aged 19th century French gold gilt gesso mirror. With some nice decorative detail around its frame. With its original mirror plate still present. Size in inches: H 51” x W 30” x D 5” Period: Late 19th Century Material: Wood, glass, and Gesso Origin: France Condition: Aged Condition report: Completely solid in structure and form, aged mirror plate with crackled mercury glass as its over 100 years old, the frame has chipped and minor loss in its gesso décor due to its age. It can be exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas in detail, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and proposing any questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment.
