Exquisite early 19th century neoclassical carved giltwood sconces We are proud to offer a pair of exquisite early 19th century neoclassical hand carved wooden sconces, each having draped female figure with wings holding torch in each arm and one on her head, serving as the three candle arms, extending from backplate of carved floral and arrow motifs. Size in inches approx.: H 22” x W 12” x D 7” Date: 1820 Units: 2 Condition: These items are completely solid in structure and form, wear across surface and aged patina is present due to age. Old repaired are also visible but only if you look closely, otherwise these items are in wonderful condition for their age, these items are not wired up but can be.
