About the Item
An Italian pier mirror with upper panel oil painting from the 19th century. This antique wall decoration from Italy features an artisan painted serene landscape oil painting, artfully framed within an upper panel, and having and abundant display of delicately painted florals within the squared surround. This vertically-rectangular shaped wall decoration, is adorn with an upper squared panel (which contains the painting) and lower squared panel with mirrored glass below. The paint/finish is original but has had various touch-ups throughout the years. The mirror is newer, and there has been a new board added to the backside for stability. This 19th century Italian landscape painting and mirror will make a true statement decorating a wall, standing just over 7 feet in height.
