Large Antique Magnificently Carved Renaissance Revival Wall Mirror with Angels

Majestic entrance or fireplace wall mirror with shelf.
When we first saw this stunning antique mirror we immediately knew we had to have it. Also, because we felt this rare size antique is bound to grace the living space of one of our clients soon. You rarely find this rare size and design and the superbly hand carved elements in this Renaissance Revival mirror are as good as you will ever find them. We particularly like the two winged angels with their serene faces in the top corners. It is as if they are watching over whomever is in the same living space or underneath the large, hand carved arch just below them.
Thanks to the large and excellent condition, beveled mirror itself you can always check to see if you are looking your sharpest. The original beveled mirror, by the way, remained in such good of a condition, because of the zink backplate of this antique. The material zink has the natural quality of keeping moist away which is why mirrors will last longer. This hand carved Renaissance antique truly is a joy and a privilege to come home to, every day.
